A: This varies based on device, however it usually takes 2-3 days
Q: How long will the return shipping take?
A: The free included return shipping is about 4 days, the priority upgrade 2-3 days and express is 1-2 days
Q: Do you insure my device while its in your care & in return shipping?
iRepairNational does not disclose or sell to 3rd parties ANY personal information provided by its customers. The Physical addresses, Phone numbers and Email addresses are used solely for contact, billing and return shipping purposes.
No information or files on a device sent in for repair are accessed, saved or downloaded from the device. Customers are welcome to keep their devices locked with a security PIN as we do not need to access to the contents of the device for any repair service we offer.
Order Cancellation and Return Policy
Any repair order may be cancelled at any time, unless the device has all ready been received and the repair begun. Any parts order may be cancelled at any time before it ships. Once it ships and you receive the part, you may return it within 14 days for a refund as long as the part has not been installed, used or damaged.
